T&C President and CEO Jennifer Thompson recently wrote an article for the June 2017 edition of the Public Relations Society of America’s Public Relations Tactics periodical, focusing on the loyalty and trust she cultivates in her employees. 

Simply stated, Jennifer pens that “the more information you share with them [employees], the more trust and loyalty you’ll receive in return.”
